    3. The term “Services” refers to any documentation, guidance or support offered on the Site or by us, whether paid for or free of charge. Examples are included for illustrative purposes only and do not limit the interpretation of this contract.

By using the Site and Services, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree that the Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between the user (“you”) and Oxbridge Medics. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Services.

    3. By using the Site and Services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), which you can find HERE. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Services.

  3. Copyright and Acceptable Use

    1. All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Oxbridge Medics Ltd and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

    2. You may not modify, reproduce, copy, record, or resell any material which is featured on the Site, the Site’s content or any other service offered by Oxbridge Medics.

    3. The minimum age to use our Site is 13 years old. By using this Site, users agree that they are over 13 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.

    4. As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to:

      1. Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent or unlawful.

      2. Interfere with or damage in any way the operation of the Site.

      3. Use automated means to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Site.

      4. Post any material that may be deemed inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or inaccurate.

    5. If we believe you are using our Site illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to our Site. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing our Site.

  4. Limitations of Liability and Indemnity

Oxbridge Medics does not make or provide any guarantee, representation, warranty, or any other agreement of any kind, whether expressed or implied, whether written or oral, that the information and/or any services provided by Us or on the Site are valid, accurate, correct, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

    2. All information provided on the Site or through our Services in any format is to be considered guidance only. The User is responsible for choosing how they use such information, and use of such information is entirely at the User’s risk.

    3. All information provided on the Site or through our Services is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only. The information does not constitute legal, professional, medical, psychological, therapeutic or healthcare advice, and may not be used for such purposes.

    4. The Services, including the content of the Site, are not endorsed by nor associated with any exam board or University, including but not limited to, the University of Cambridge or the University of Oxford.

    5. Oxbridge Medics does not in any way guarantee any outcome in formal or informal academic testing, admission tests or university applications, and cannot be held liable for any unsuccessful outcomes.

    6. Oxbridge Medics Ltd and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

    7. Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Oxbridge Medics Ltd and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

  5. Account Use

    1. When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

      1. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account.

      2. All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.

    2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

  6. Payments

    1. When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

    2. If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

    3. The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.

    4. Unless otherwise agreed, one ‘tuition session’ consists of a maximum of one 60-minute period. The date and time of the tuition session will be arranged directly with the User after payment.

  7. Refunds

    1. Online webinars: online webinars are non-refundable but may be transferred to another User no later than 24 hours before the webinar start time. Any requests for transfers after this deadline may not be accepted.

    2. Tuition sessions: tuition sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled non later than 48 hours before the tuition session start time. Any requests for rescheduling after this deadline may not be accepted.

    3. It is the User’s responsibility to be on time to tuition sessions and webinars. Any unused time is not eligible for a refund.

    4. E-resources and e-services: all purchases of other resources and services not listed above are non-refundable.

    5. Oxbridge Medics reserves the right to cancel any event or service provision for any reason and at any time at our absolute discretion. In the unlikely event that this occurs, the User will be entitled to a full refund. However, we are not responsible for any other losses that may occur due to cancellation of Services.

    6. If there are exceptional circumstances or any other queries about refunds, please contact us HERE.

  8. Operation of the Website and Third Parties

    1. Due to the nature of the internet and any other practical reasons, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted error free access to the Site and Services, and accept no responsibility for any loss suffered as a result of lack of functionality of the Site or Services.

    2. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, discontinue or temporarily or permanently suspend one or more aspects of the Site, for any reason, at any time.

    3. Our Site contains links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party website or service linked to on our Site. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third party websites before using these sites.

  9. Changes

    1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.

    2. If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
